Testimonials – How we help you

You receive support that is respectful, diversity-sensitive, and reliably organized – for you or for a loved one. We briefly clarify your needs, check availability, and discuss suitable financing (e.g., through long-term care insurance benefits).

For everyone who loves diversity!

That's what we stand for

With love for diversity

We work respectfully with sexual and gender diversity. You decide how you want to be addressed and what is important to you in everyday life.

Reliable & always the same daily help

We work reliably and predictably. Whenever possible, the same daily helper will accompany you, so that trust can develop and grow.

Paid for by long-term care insurance

We are approved according to § 45a SGB XI. Thus, support – depending on the prerequisites – can be financed through long-term care insurance.

Audited and liability insured

We work audited and liability insured. This way you can be sure that your support is organized safely and responsibly.

Live diversity Master everyday life

We are the first queer-sensitive everyday assistance service in Berlin. We support you in your daily life – from household chores to accompanying you to doctor's or official appointments – and focus on diversity, respect, and personal care. Our team is specially trained to address the needs of queer people & people with HIV. It is important to us that you feel understood, safe, and well-supported in every situation – no matter what your life looks like or whom you love.

From the community – for the community

What makes us special

Especially LGBTI* people frequently report discrimination, lack of sensitivity, and lack of understanding in household services and care contexts. We know these experiences from our own lives – as lesbian, gay, bi-, trans-, and intersex people and from our many years of work in the field of care and counseling. We founded AlleFarben Alltagshilfe to offer reliable, discrimination-free, and diversity-sensitive support. Our work is based on respect, transparency, and the knowledge of how important a safe space in one's own home is.

We are part of the LGBTI* community.

We know what matters when trust and respect are non-negotiable – and work in a way that you don't have to explain yourself.

Experience in Care & Consulting

More than 10 years of experience in care counseling and counseling contexts, including gay counseling. Many of our team members have worked in care and bring practical knowledge.

Connected

We are networked in Berlin and nationwide to make queer care and queer-sensitive daily assistance visible – We are in exchange with BISS e. V., RUT Berlin, LesLeFam, Mann-O-Meter, Schwulenberatung, etc.

Visible

We regularly bring the topic to the public – e.g. in specialist articles in the Siegessäule, at specialist events, in the nursing podcast "Mein Pflegecafé" and in nursing training.

Committed

We are involved in dialogue with politicians and specialist bodies, e.g. with state care officers, and contribute to strategies and measures for greater safety of queer people in the healthcare system.

Thanks to our over 150 satisfied customers

We are very happy and grateful for such beautiful and personal feedback. This is exactly why we founded AlleFarben Alltagshilfe.
