Our Values – Diversity, Respect, Inclusion

We stand for respect and equality. We firmly believe that each of us has the right to receive the support they need in everyday life. It doesn't matter what identity you have, how old you are, what life situation you are in, what sexual orientation you live, or where you come from.

These values are the foundation of our work. They shape not only how we interact with our customers but also how we collaborate as a team. We are convinced that diversity is a strength and that respectful coexistence forms the basis for good support.

Our Teams

At AlleFarben we work in two teams, named after queer Berlin figures: Magnus Hirschfeld and Charlotte von Mahlsdorf. This is our way of weaving queer history into everyday life and acknowledging whose shoulders we stand on today.

Team Magnus Hirschfeld

Team:Magnus Hirschfeld

Our Team Magnus Hirschfeld is named after the queer Berlin sexologist and activist, whose Institute for Sexual Science was located in what was then the western part of Berlin. Fittingly, this team is mainly there for you in the western parts of the city. Coordination: Max.

Team Charlotte von Mahlsdorf

Team: Charlotte von Mahlsdorf

Our Team Charlotte von Mahlsdorf carries the name of the Berlin trans woman, museum founder and activist who lived in the east of Berlin and built her Gründerzeitmuseum there. Fittingly, this team is mainly there for you in the eastern parts of the city. Coordination: Linn.
