Our Commitment
We don’t just talk. We act — every day.
AlleFarben Alltagshilfe is more than a daily help service. We see our work as part of a social movement: for more visibility, respect, and queer-sensitive care. That's why we are involved – in networks, through educational offers, via our QueerPflege platform, and with a political stance.
For everyone who loves diversity!
Core areas of our commitment
Voluntary & politically active
Workshop on the Berlin State Strategy for Queer Safety
We actively participated in a workshop on state politics. It was about how queer people can be better protected from discrimination - including in the field of care.
Voluntary care counseling at Schwulenberatung Berlin
Once a month, we offer voluntary care advice in the rooms of the Schwulenberatung. There, we support queer people and relatives who otherwise have no opportunity to ask questions about care levels, relief services, or everyday support – personally, sensitively, and on equal footing.
Our own panel discussion on queer-sensitive care
We organized our first own event – with strong guests, real stories and clear demands. Our goal: more visibility, more respect and more change.
Educate & Sensitize
Contribution to the Queermentor Workshop
We shared our experiences at a large networking event. This was about queer visibility at work and how an inclusive care practice can be co-designed.
Participation in the qualification offensive "Diversity-Sensitive Care" (Schwulenberatung Berlin)
A great workshop by Schwulenberatung Berlin – full of valuable impulses and real aha moments. We were there, learned a lot and networked with committed people from care, counseling and the community. We can only recommend it – such formats are needed much more often!
Lectures and training for professional associations and cooperatives
We teach the basics of queer-sensitive care in practical lectures. We talk about language, attitudes and life realities of queer people - and how to enable good support.
Volunteering & politically active
Founding and operation of
Queer-Pflege.de
We have created a platform where queer-sensitive services become visible. Those looking for support can find suitable contacts there – without detours, without pressure to explain.
Cooperation with the specialist department "Caring Relatives"
We exchange information with specialist agencies so that queer caregivers can find suitable help. This includes information, good addresses and respectful support.
Network meeting AG Age & Diversity Lichtenberg
We bring our perspective to local networks. Together, we advocate for greater visibility of queer people in old age and in care.
Explain diversity, show attitude
