Small Berlin company with a great team

Would you like to support people in their everyday lives and become part of a diverse, queer team? Then you've come to the right place! We attach great importance to inclusion, personal support and trust. As a home helper, you make a difference in the lives of our customers – through help with household chores, shopping and errands. No nursing tasks and no care or companionship services are involved.

We meet for a tea or coffee and talk to each other. You can also ask all your questions.

Onboarding and Start

We discuss together when and how you would like to start. We also clarify whether any documents are still required. The first introductory meetings always take place together as part of your induction.

Your tasks

As a home helper, you support our customers with household tasks and errands – with no nursing activity, no care or companionship services and no shifts.

  • Shopping and errands for our customers (e.g. pharmacy)
  • Mobility assistance on the way to appointments and help with mail and paperwork
  • Preparing or reheating simple meals
  • General household support
  • Help and cleaning in our customers' homes
  • No nursing tasks and no care or companionship services, no shifts (weekend assignments only if it fits your schedule)
