Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can do this by telephone, mail, fax, or email. Please send your withdrawal to the following address:

You can use our sample cancellation form, which we provide for your convenience. However, you are not required to use this form. It is sufficient if you send us your cancellation notice within the 14-day period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you promptly and at the latest within 14 days. This period begins on the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.
If you have asked us to begin the service before the expiry of the cancellation period, you must pay us compensation for the services already provided. The amount is based on the contractually agreed price for the service.
