Andreas Schütz – Care advice with attitude and heart in Berlin (formerly at Compass)

What emerged from my work at COMPASS Pflegeberatung

Anyone searching the internet for "Andreas Schütz Compass Pflegeberatung" will likely land right here – and with good reason. My current work as founder of AlleFarben Alltagshilfe GmbH is significantly influenced by my time at COMPASS Pflegeberatung . I worked there for several years as a field care consultant – primarily in the west of Berlin: in Wilmersdorf , Charlottenburg , and Schöneberg .

During this time, I was able to support countless people in very personal life situations. My area of operation ranged from 10585, 10587, 10589, 10623, 10625, 10627, 10629, 10707, 10709, 10711 (Charlottenburg & Wilmersdorf) to 10777, 10779, 10825, 10827, 10829 (Schöneberg). I offered care level consultations according to Section 7a of the Social Code Book XI, conducted consultations according to Section 37.3, supported assessment procedures, explained benefits, recommended networks, helped with the search for suitable services, and clarified many individual questions. Supporting family caregivers, adopted families, and relatives was also part of my daily tasks.

Andreas Schütz – Experiences from nursing counseling at COMPASS in Berlin

What I particularly remember is the trusting collaboration with committed colleagues on site – we supported each other, enriched each other professionally, and solved many challenges together.

This time was formative for me, not only professionally but also personally. I was able to accompany, advise, and empower many people in very different life situations. Yet, over the years, I've realized how important it is to tailor counseling services even more specifically to different life realities—especially when it comes to queer people.

Many conversations, especially with LGBTIQ* people and their families, have shown me how much there is a desire for counseling on an equal footing, for an open and sensitive approach to life paths, family structures and experiences.

This realization was a turning point for me – and the starting point for what I've built today with AlleFarben Alltagshilfe GmbH : A service that considers queer life realities from the very beginning. It starts where other structures sometimes reach their limits – with time, openness, reliability, and genuine compassion.

What I bring with me is not only specialist knowledge from care counseling, but also the deep conviction that support cannot be neutral—it must be partisan in the best sense: for quality of life, for self-determination, for community. AlleFarben Alltagshilfe was born out of this attitude and today offers a completely new model of everyday support in Berlin—rooted in the community, professionally organized, and personally committed.

So, if you're looking for everyday support that addresses your real-life situation—whether you previously received counseling in 10707, 10709, 10711, 10585, 10587, 10589, 10623, 10625, 10627, 10629, 10777, 10779, 10825, 10827, or 10829, or currently live in another Berlin district—please feel free to contact me. I'd be delighted if a previous counseling experience now leads to reliable support in your everyday life.

Because: Today I am here for you with AlleFarben throughout Berlin.
